At The Flat Company we're passionate about what we do and how we do it. We started in 2000 based on the simple principles of proven management procedures, aggressive property marketing and innovative insurance protection.

The same principles still run true today and has seen us expand in size and scope. We've always believed that a business expands best by organic growth and it's been a steady growth with us - one property at a time.
